Have a look at our Common Tasks page for some ideas on the things we can help you with. If it is not there, ask us anyway!

  • Anything Illegal will not even be considered.
  • Anything unethical. Please don’t ask us to write your Economics paper for example. We can, however, help you with the research for the paper.
  • Anything that is not exactly comfortable as per “normal” business standards. We’d rather not help you catalogue your collection of risquè lingerie. It would be a little strange for us at the office. We will, on the other hand, set up your business web site selling risquè lingerie

We will contact you with a quote for you to authorise the purchase. We will attach an invoice with a link for you to pre-pay your purchase.

We can make larger purchases on your behalf using your credit card as long as you have filled out the charge authorisation form.

We do not add any extra handling fees, etc to your purchase.

It is a simple matter of completing the online form with as much information as necessary.

If Your Online Personal Assistant is unsure of any information submitted, we will get in touch with you to resolve any issues.

Send Your Online Personal Assistant an email (to the address that will be provided upon registration) and it will be entered into our system and completed. We can not respond to tasks unless they are from subscribing customers. Please add the tasks email address into your address book to prevent replies, etc, being lost due to incorrect spam filtering.

Use the SUBJECT to outline the task you require. You can also add a priority (NORMAL or URGENT) and use the message body to explain as fully as possible, the tasks you require us to complete.

Also ensure that you sign off the email with the name you signed up, eg.

Subject: URGENT Arrange Limo pickup at Brisbane Airport

Body: Please arrange for a Limo to pick me up from Brisbane Domestic terminal tonight. QANTAS flight arrives 9:40pm

I prefer Brisbane Limo Company (use the Business account number on file)

All tasks from all customers are processed when they arrive and the work is commenced based on the priority of the task.

  • NORMAL tasks will be commenced and completed during our business hours. (Monday - Saturday 8am - 6pm). Tasks received late in the day may not be completed until the next day
  • URGENT tasks received at any time day or night will be given the highest priority and will be completed that day, if possible.
  • URGENT after hours tasks will be charged at double the hours used.

General FAQ

Our YOPA services help you reclaim the time you lose each day on administrative tasks. You free up your valuable time to focus on more important things – like running your business!

There are no hidden costs, no activation fees, no premium rate tasks, additional taxes, or cancellation fees.

 

There are only some things you could be charged extra for: We charge for materials. For instance, if you want us to create and send a mailing to your customer list, we would bill you for the envelopes, the postage, and the paper.

 

We will let you know when you assign the task whether there will be material charges, so there won’t be any surprises.

The majority of the work we do is business related. Many of our clients are small business owners who give us a mixture of personal and professional tasks.

Your Online Personal Assistant takes privacy concerns very seriously and will never allow third parties access to your personal information. It is of the highest concern to us that all information is kept private. All assistants sign privacy agreements prior to being employed.

Our normal business hours are 8am - 6pm Monday through Saturday (Australian Eastern Standard Time), excluding Public Holidays. Tasks will be completed on a priority basis and may not be completed immediately.

 

URGENT tasks will be given the highest priority.

URGENT after hours tasks will be charged at 2x the hourly rate.

Your Online Personal Assistant is based in Brisbane, Australia, but due to the nature of being an online service we can handle clients from all over Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and other English speaking countries.

The choice of plan is entirely up to you. If you run a busy office, then you will need our services more often than someone with only an occasional need for our service.

 

Our most popular plan is the BUSINESS TASKS Plan. This is preferred by most of our small business customers.

Accounts FAQ

No. As we charge on a month to month basis, your agreement with us is therefore month to month. The only exception is if you subscribe to an annual subscription, your agreement is therefore annually.

You can upgrade your subscription at any time.

If you need more hours this busy month or for a one-off project, upgrade your subscription or purchase a $10 Standard Task.

Our payment options are through Stripe (stripe.com.au) using your credit card.

 

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

 

Your Online Personal Assistant and Stripe forces HTTPS for all services.

Each request is up to 20 minutes of work.

 

What if the request requires more than 20 minutes of work? Send it in anyway and an assistant will assess how much time it will take and use the appropriate amount of requests to complete the job. They will confirm with you before moving forward.

  • If you are subscribed to a monthly plan, unused tasks are not rolled over at the end of the month.
  • If you are subscribed to a yearly plan, then any unused monthly tasks are rolled over until your subscription is renewed.


We suggest you start with a small tasks plan and increase it if you require. We obviously would prefer you to take a yearly subscription but you may upgrade anytime once you feel comfortable with our services.
